This photograph shows Pleasant Colony, with Hall of Fame rider Jorge Velasquez aboard, driving to win the 1981 Kentucky Derby at historic Churchill Downs. The "Run For The Roses" is considered America's premier horse race, always drawing crowds in excess of 100,000. This horse race has earned the nickname of being the "Fastest Two Minutes In Sports".
