Big Brown returns to the winner's circle after winning the 2008 Haskell Invitational at Monmouth Park. Coal Play ( the runner-up ) ran the race of his life, but the Derby and Preakness champ showed his class by responding in deep stretch to prevail by 1 & 3/4 lengths.
