Seabiscuit roars into the first turn at Pimlico Race Course in the 1938 Pimlico Special, otherwise known as "The Match Race" vs. War Admiral in what was considered the premier horse racing event of the first half of the 20th century. Even President Roosevelt took time off from a staff meeting to listen to this magnificent horse race on the radio.
