1968 Ky.Derby- Dancer’s Image & Forward Pass #833

This photograph shows Dancers Image holding off Forward Pass to apparently win the 1968 Kentucky Derby at historic Churchill Downs. However a post race drug test failure by Dancer's Image led to his disqualification and Forward Pass was placed first. The "Run For The Roses" is considered America's premier horse race, always drawing crowds in excess of 100,000. This horse race has earned the nickname of being the "Fastest Two Minutes In Sports".
